I will also note that with only two famous exceptions, in the entire history of human warfare in which one side successfully used the tactic of destroying the enemy's stuff/people with explosives, conventional explosives were sufficient. So they have a good track record.
I repeat that nukes are not necessary to destroy data centers. Conventional explosives would work fine.
