Introducing the Foundation Against Intolerance and Racism
FAIR takes up the fight ACLU and SPLC have abandoned
The Foundation Against Intolerance and Racism was formed to carry on the mission that the ACLU and SPLC have abandoned.
This is necessary because the ACLU and SPLC were once liberal institutions, but have now been captured by wokism, the highly illiberal would-be successor ideology to liberalism.
Bari Weiss explains it thus:
FAIR is an organization that is picking up the flag the ACLU and the SPLC have put down by standing up for civil rights, civil liberties, equality under the law, fairness, tolerance, and pro-human anti-racism. Our mission statement spells it out beautifully.
The board of advisors is an advertisement for what we’re all about: a coalition of liberals, moderates, and conservatives joining together to defend our most essential values. The group includes Coleman Hughes, John McWhorter, Melissa Chen, Ian Rowe, Glenn Loury, Eli Steele, Steven Pinker, Daryl Davis, Ayaan Hirsi Ali, Zaid Jilani, Kmele Foster, Andrew Doyle, Chris Rufo, Liang-Fang Chao, Megyn Kelly, and more. I’m honored to be working alongside them.
FAIR describe themselves thus:
Increasingly, American institutions — colleges and universities, businesses, government, the media and even our children’s schools — are enforcing a cynical and intolerant orthodoxy. This orthodoxy requires us to view each other based on immutable characteristics like skin color, gender and sexual orientation. It pits us against one another, and diminishes what it means to be human.
Today, almost 70 years after Brown v. Board of Education ushered in the Civil Rights Movement, there is an urgent need to reaffirm and advance its core principles. To insist on our common humanity. To demand that we are each entitled to equality under the law. To bring about a world in which we are all judged by the content of our character and not by the color of our skin.
That’s where FAIR comes in.

Overall, I’m impressed by this. It shows that some high-powered people are fighting back agianst the woke. Five years ago the only people fighting wokism were clowns like Milo Yiannopoulos, distasteful people like Vox Day, and stupid distasteful people like Donald Trump; and so obviously the woke were winning.
But now, wokism is more powerful and more extreme, so serious people have woken up (pun intended) to its dangers.
I was interested until you insulted President Trump. You may find him distasteful (your personal opinion, which you are entitled to), but to call him stupid betrays any semblance of objectivity.
Alienate over half the country (President Trump WON re-election), and you shoot yourself in the foot. What a Barney Fife move! You will get no more attention from me.
